However the climbers who want to climb from base, are advised to stay the night in specially designed mountain huts midway. So that an early start the next day would get you to the top of mountain. There is a tall, white Goryōkaku Tower, Resembling an air traffic control tower, offers panoramic view of the park and surroundings.
